Since everyone wants to see female assassins I also made one. I really think that hair style should be avaible to every class - just look at that evil look it gives!

I'd love to see an armor similar to the Assassin armor from Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. Granted, all the characters were tiny and/or in paper doll form, but the tight fitting body suit type armor with a hood and a cloak would be brilliant. There's been an awful lot of japanese influenced assassin designs. I can't draw at all, but maybe I'll take a stab at it later on, just to see what happens.

I agree with turbo beaver (nice name BTW) Theres a mention of the Hashashin (or whatever) in Angels and Demons, the book that came from the same guy as the Da Vinci Code. It says all about how there are still a few alive today working as...guess what?...Assassins.
Apparently they liked drugs. Doubt if they will add that in to Guild Wars though.

At the time I wrote that, the information about Factions either hadn't been posted or I hadn't read it yet. Cantha could have looked like Arkansas for all I knew. Also, I have a little habbit of nitpicking details so that people can know the real information behind something and not just be content with stereotypes. From the concepts I've seen, the Assassin seems to have the off-black bodysuit and tabi that are characteristic of the stereotypical shinobi. Based on that I can assume that the in-game version will most likely follow suit.

A little assassin triva for those interested: Did you know that a very small precentage of ninjas were actually employed as assassins in feudal Japan? Since the assassins were the ones who were most likely to be killed, caught or seen due to the nature of their work, they were the most noticed by the general public. As a result, people came up with the generalization that all/most ninjas were assassins.

well.. anyhow... put more sketch of your ideal look for Assassin Armor looks in. Afterall, only one assassain look has been shown so far.

(but don't make too ninja looking... make it fit to the style of Guild War)

the problem is that since assassin looks have already been shown on screenshots, we cant try to imagine how they are and make concept art( this thread was made to share everyone s assassin concept art).
but true, we can try to give concept for other armors than the one shown on the screenies
